Mission
The mission of HACA is:
(a) to provide volunteering services throughout the Hmong communities such as formal community-related events
(b) to sponsor and volunteer in events with emphasis on education and educate the Hmong communities on the importance of education
(c) to directly engage in and advocate awareness and support for the Hmong communities such as homelessness, domestic violence, drug abuse, and low-income assistance
(d) plan and promote trips, events, and social gatherings for entertainment of both riderships and supporters to enhance the organization's vision and reputation of owning a Corvette
(e) to participate in charitable activities within the Hmong communities
and (f) maintain cultural heritage

Leo Lee is a Sacramento Hmong community leader and previously served on the Sacramento Hmong New Year, Inc. nonprofit as the President from 2018 - 2021. He is widely known throughout the Hmong communities in California, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. He owns a 2017 z06 corvette and enjoys traveling with friends and family.

Jett Yang currently serves as a Board of Director on the Sacramento Hmong New Year, Inc. nonprofit and has been an advocate in community volunteering support in the northern California Hmong communities. He owns a 2016 z06 corvette and enjoys spending time with family and friends but especially always on the lookout for new places to explore.

Tou Vue is an avid photographer in his spare time just as much as he loves to fish. He also enjoys traveling and meeting new friends. If there’s ever an event, whether it be out in the community through the nonprofits or cruising with other Vette owners in his 2013 Grandsport Corvette, you’ll find him there capturing and sharing all the great memories!
